"Worst experience ever with Raksha Suites ! Your hotelier guy who sits at reception was very rude and misbehaved. IT’s a scam. I booked a hotel and paid online via goibibo, and got denied at entry at the check-in because foreigners are not allowed. This was never mentioned anywhere during booking — an outright scam by the hotel. The hotel staff was not only rude but also misbehaved with my female foreigner friend, which was absolutely unacceptable. I raised an immediate complaint and refund request, but it’s been over 3-4 days and still no update. Your customer care number of Goibibo never connects to a real agent — it’s just an eyewash to fool customers. This is beyond disappointing — it’s pathetic service from Raksha Suites. if you guys really cares about the customers, reply here publicly instead of silently deleting this comment. I want my refund."

"Terrible place, avoid at all costs. It was dirty, noisy and full of mosquitos. The neighbors toilet window was right in our room, so you can guess the noise and smell. The staff (all but the front desk guy) were helpful but barely spoke any English. The good reviews must be fake."
